The purpose of the initiative is to create employment and above all to ensure that a heritage of excellence such as craftsmanship does not disappear. After a careful selection of technical skills, but also of human stories and stories of individual candidates - largely resident in Mugello - and several hours spent in the classroom, which served to give the participants the first indications, today the first day in the company, where most of the hours will take place from September onwards. Franco Fredducci and his collaborators began to illustrate work and products. The course will be 900 hours of which 370 hours of classroom and 500 hours of classroom and laboratory and 30 hours of orientation from May 2017 to February 2018.
