PAYMENTS
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
I’VE ALREADY PAID MY ORDER, BUT IT HASN’T BEEN DELIVERED YET.
The payment of the order takes place after checking the product availability and close to the delivery.
I’VE CANCELED MY ORDER, BUT I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ANY CREDIT.
If your order has not been delivered and has been canceled before the shipping, no charge has been made. In case of any doubt about the release of the sum authorized in advance, please contact your credit card’s Customer Service.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ORDER BY PHONE OR BY E-MAIL?

AN ITEM IS CURRENTLY SOLD OUT, WILL IT BE AVAILABLE AGAIN SOMEDAY?
It is possible that an item out of stock will get restocked. We invite you to check periodically the actual product availability and contact our Customer Service for further information.
CAN I CHANGE A PRODUCT?
Unfortunately, at the moment we aren’t able to make returns for online purchases. You will receive a full refund for the returned product, but any shipping costs will not be refunded.
I WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL/MODIFY MY ORDER.
It is possible to cancel partially or totally the order before its confirmation, contacting our Customer Service by phone. It is not possible to change the size of the item or request the replacement of the models formerly purchased.
CAN I PLACE THE ORDER IN THE NAME OF MY COMPANY?
Unfortunately, at the moment we aren’t able to make returns for online purchases. You will receive a full refund for the returned product, but any shipping costs will not be refunded.
CAN I REQUEST A TAX FREE REFUND FOR PURCHASES MADE ON THE WEBSITE?
It is not possible to request a tax-free refund for purchases made within countries with the same customs regulations.

Shipments are possible to the following destinations:

- Liechtenstein, Monaco, United Kingdom, Switzerland;
- Saudi Arabia, Australia, Canada, China, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong, Israel, Qatar, USA
However, the delivery country must correspond with the billing country.
WITH WHICH FORWARDING AGENT WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Shipments are entrusted to leading couriers.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The time required to process the order depends on the availability of the products in stock. Shipping times range from 3 to 5 days depending on the destination country in case of a standard delivery.
HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE?
Shipping is free for most destinations.
There is a flat rate of € 25,00 for shipments of orders for a total amount of less than € 500.00 to the following destinations: Saudi Arabia, Australia, Canada, China, South Korea, Russian Federation, Japan, Hong Kong, Israel, Qatar, U.S.A
HOW CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
It is possible to track the delivery directly on the Courier’s website, by entering the number of tracking shown in the invoice.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO MODIFY THE DELIVERY ADDRESS OF MY ORDER?
It is possible to modify the delivery address before the order confirmation, contacting our Customer Service by phone or email. The delivery country must always correspond with the billing country.
RETURNS
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN
Products will have to be delivered to couriers by the end of/no later than 14 days from the date of receipt, as indicated in our Terms of Sales, excluding customized or tailor-made orders.
HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
Contact our Customer Service to start the return procedure. You will find the return form inside the product package. If you make the return with the courier in charge, the related costs will be borne by Il Borgo Cashmere. Otherwise, the costs and related risks will be at the customer’s expense.
For non- European destinations, shipping costs for the return of products will be at the customer’s expense. Consult our Terms of Sales for more information about return policies.
HOW WILL THE RETURNED PRODUCT BE REFUNDED?
The refund will be processed directly to the credit card used for the purchase, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of receipt of the product at our warehouse. Il Borgo Cashmere is not responsible for possible delays that may depend on the bank institution.
IF I RETURN A PRODUCT, WILL YOU ALSO REFUND THE SHIPPING COSTS?
We will refund the purchase price of the returned product (s). Any shipping costs are refunded only in case of defective products.
